The entire space is available for our guests, with an exception of the boat lift and the boat if present.

Fully renovated and immaculately maintained inside and out. Open floor plan with beach inspired décor. POOL AREA: Screened private pool and spa with a truly spectacular view to the lagoon *Heated pool (3.5ft to 6 ft deep), jetted heated six person spa. POOL HEATER MAY BE ADDED to your reservation in order to heat the pool or spa @ $25.00 a day for the duration of your stay. *We cannot guarantee pool and spa temperatures above certain degrees during the coldest months of the year. However, we will do our best to make your experience pleasant and memorable *Pool door alarms (can be set to on, chime or off) *Luxury lounge sitting area.
